Week 12- Evaluating Someone’s Moodle / Canvas LMS Project

Obviously I can’t do that now, but a little evaluation for the course INST 6355.  I like how the resources are organized and easily accessible (which I have to search the web individually).  The instructional videos are just enough to get us going, then turn us lose to ‘work it out’ and apply it.  I like the integration of Wiki pages, which I am still learning to use effectively.  Much can be said about these great tools, mostly how accessible they are to any linked webspace.

The place to see all the students and to interact with them is great.  It is too bad to lose those interactions.  The discussions are appropriate and not overly moderated, yet the comments are encouraging.

I like the flow and layout of the course.  I only wish that the Moodle system had a better way of setting up so server access was always available.  Unless ou have a dedicated server or purchased server usage, it is hit-and-miss as to whether there is continuous support (found that out here, too).
