Week 09- EIEIO, Yes this is Ol’ MacDonald from the Farm (or Zoo)

I didn’t see what to blog about this time, so I am going to add a link to the Understanding by Design – backward design plan that I made for this ‘class’.  I found that if I put a lot of work in on that end, and used the design guide that I build for use with all my classes, I could develop effective units, lesson plans, activities and evaluations that brought significant learning to a wide variety of students.  I could then focus on things like the Big 6, 5E’s, 3ELearning, situated learning, problem-based learning, constructivism and the many other ways of preparing students.
